What is your late payment policy?
If an invoice isn't paid on time a $5 late fee is charged. If you miss a second payment, you will get another $5 late fee and your service will be suspended until you are paid in full. At that time it will be up to the discretion of Poop Police whether service will be reinstated or not.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. If you refer a new customer we will take $20 off of your bill after that customer has made their first payment. If you are not a customer, we will put a $20 bill in your hand.
Where do you provide service?
We currently serve Henderson, Summerlin, and Southwest Las Vegas
How am I billed?
You are only charged for the work after it has been done. Invoices are mailed or emailed, or texted, whichever your prefer, between the 1st and the 5th of the following month. There is a $5 late fee for payments not received by the last day of the month, and a $25 bounced check fee.
How can I pay my bill?
Most of our clients use paypal and online banking, Many clients leave cash in a BBQ or under a door mat. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 91207, Henderson, NV 89009. You can use a debit or credit card to make a payment in person, from your electronic statement, or from our website. We also accept payments through the Venmo app!
What can I expect when I start service?
At Poop Police we believe that a company should do what they say and say what they do. We offer a reminder text the night before we come. A uniformed technician will show up and clean your yard on the agreed upon service day, and everything collected is securely bagged and taken with us. Our goal is to make your life easier.
Can I skip a service day?
Absolutely. Just let us know and we will skip your regular service. At least 24 hours of advanced notice is greatly appreciated.
What if I forget to unlock my gate?
If you forget to unlock your gate or if we can not perform our duty through no fault of our own you will not be charged the first time. After that you will be charged accordingly. (For example if your yard is cleaned weekly and we are forced to skip until the next week you will be charged our every other week rate.) As a courtesy to our clients we offer text messaging the night before your service day to remind you that we are coming.
Do you work in bad weather?
We’ll work in most weather, but heavy rain or lightning may stop us. Pooling water during heavy rains makes it difficult to find all of the waste. We would rather wait until the water has subsided so that we can do the job properly instead of having to come out a second time to collect what was missed.
Do you work on holidays?
We do not work on the following holidays:
New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas
When your regular service day falls on a holiday we send out a reminder on your invoice and let you know when you can expect us to clean your yard. After that service will return to the regular day.
Do I have to be home when you clean my yard?
No, you don't, as long as your yard is accessible.
What do you do with the collected waste?
We bag it and take it with us so you don't have to see it, smell it, or even think about it.
Do you sanitize between jobs?
Yes. Dog feces can be very harmful to your health, and diseases such as Parvo can be spread very easily from one yard to another. We use a high quality disinfectant to clean and sanitize our boots and tools after every use.
